  • Magnetic Grade Selection

We need to know highest working temperature to help us to select the magnetic grade. If the highest working temperature is more than 80℃, N series is not proper. You need to choose M , H , SH, UH series.

Proper magnetic grade to choose proper size of the magnet. If you want to add 10% attraction force, the cost of adding 1mm is half of adding one magnetic grade.

  • Size Selection

The magnetic force is not depends on the magnetic grade, the different D/L could have different attraction force.

D/L Feature Application
D/T ≈ 1(Φ10×10) Biggest the attraction force ,focusing on the radial magnatization The scenario which need the biggest attraction force
D/T ≈ 2-4(Φ20×5) The best balnace between the attraction force and cost Most pupular parameter, apply in 80% scenario
D/T ≈ 5-10(Φ30×3) Middle attraction force, big contact area The scenario which need large contact area
D/T > 10(Φ50×2) Lamellar form,low attraction force Clostly contact,locate,Space limited scenario

Size Range
