- Select the proper grade magnet by the magnetic energy product you need. It is the core data when choosing the magnet. If you could not send the magnetic energy product you required to us, you could also tell us the magnetic attraction. We will help you to choose the proper grade. If you judge the attraction by hand, not using lab equipment, the magnet might be invalid when the car bump on the way.
- Working temperature is also important when selecting the proper car magnet. If the magnet you choose is the regular grade, it will be invalid over 176°F. If the car is park in the high temperature over 176°F, it will result in the makeup mirror can not closed and the door curtain can not closed. So we need to choose the high temperature resistance models.
- The dimensional accuracy is also very important. If the space is too big when installing the magnet, the magnetic path is not closed. The magnetic attraction will be influenced. So you need to choose a small tolerance magnet manufacture. The tolorance in Guomai magnet is 2.5μm. If you need more tight tolorance, we also could achieve that.
- Judge the different grade into different car's components. The different car's components have different requirements. The makeup mirror only need middle attraction.
