- The grade of the magnets is from N35 to N58. The availabe grade which could export are in green part in bellow chart.

- The purpose of the surface coating is corrosion resistance and anti- shatter. Because the NdFeB magnet is made of sintered powder. It is fragile and easy to corrosion. If the magnet without surface coating in humid environment, it will rust. The powder of the magnet will fall off. The magnetic force will be reduced accordingly. So it is neccessary for us to make the magnet surface coated.
Standard nickel: it is the most widely used surface coating because of the competitive price.
Black nickel: it is often used in the application which do not allow the nickel reflect.
Gold plating: it is often used in the application which need conductivity.
Zinc plating: it is often used in adhesive magnet, because the zinc could be compatible with adhesive.
Epoxy coating: it color of epoxy coating could be customized. It could also electric insulating.
Electroless nickel: the corrosion resistance is high and it could be used in customized shape magnets.
