If we see the dimension of the ring magnet is D10 x d7 x 3mm, the outer diameter is 10mm, inner diameter is 7mm, thickness is 3mm. Normally there two models of the ring magnet, countersunk hole magnet and through hole magnet. If the countersunk hole magnet dimension D10 x M7 x 2mm, it means that the outer diameter is 10mm, the main hole diameter is 5mm, thickness is 2mm.

Please note that if your outer diameter is big, the thickness could not too small. If the magnet is big, the thickness is too small, it could be crack.
